We believe in complete pricing transparency. Below is a detailed breakdown of what is covered in standard tour packages and what requires separate payment.

Standard Inclusions

Pickup & Drop: Designated railway station, airport, or hotel pick-up and drop-off.
Accommodation: Hotel stays in selected category (Not applicable for Day Trips).
Breakfast: Daily breakfast included, except on Check-in Date (Not applicable for Day Trips & Govt Properties).
Sightseeing Transport: Complete itinerary covered by private AC cab.
Vehicle Expenses: Toll charges, parking fees, state permit fees, and driver allowance included.

Standard Exclusions

Flight / Train Fare: Airfare or train tickets unless explicitly quoted in writing.
Meals & Drinks: Lunch, dinner, snacks, and personal beverages.
Entry & Activity Fees: Monument entry tickets, boating charges, temple special darshan passes, and local guide fees.
Adventure & Safaris: Safari tickets (Jirang/Simlipal/Satkosia), rafting, or water sports charges.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Hotel early arrival or late departure charges.
Gala Dinners: Mandatory Christmas (Dec 25) and New Year (Dec 31) gala dinner charges at hotels.
Unlisted Expenses: Any service, tip, or personal expense not explicitly listed in Inclusions.
